Looking for a fish safe cement sealant

My pond edge is capped with cement pavers. A few years ago I removed the pavers and sealed them with an ordinary, clear cement sealer and now that it's time to reseal (my pond pH is too high, which has me suspecting the pavers) I was wondering if I should look for a special cement sealer. The last one I used (apparently) did not harm the fish. Thank you.

I have a mainly silver and gold Koi that is about 16-18" long and is about 5-6 years old. As far as I know the fish is in good health but I don't know that much about them. The other koi that I use to have were taken by Heron and racoons three years ago. This is the only one left of 6. My pond is only 7 feet long.

I would like to give it to someone that knows how to properly catch and transport it. In return I would like to receive 4 small Koi but i can be talked out of that.

See the attached picture.

I live right here in Bothell.

Please bring this up at your meeting tonight.
